I led the product design for HealthGO, a cutting-edge mobile platform by HealthGO Technologies. Since inception in February 2022, HealthGO Technologies has revolutionized healthcare access in Africa by offering virtual consultations through in-app chats, voice and video calls. Additionally, the app offers other related services like blockchain transactions, health courses, pharmacy purchases, Fit to Earn, and Health Credit. Our primary user base comprises GenZs and tech-savvy millennials.

How twas done...
The task was to craft an engaging and user-friendly interface that not only facilitated swift and high-quality healthcare access but also seamlessly integrated the array of additional services offered. This required a thoughtful approach to accommodate both tech-savvy users and those less familiar with the latest technological trends. Despite the need to meet business milestones as quickly as possible, the design prioritized addressing the users' needs effectively.
We began with thorough research, crafting user personas and key UX components based on our findings. We iteratively designed the main features and sections of the app, fine-tuning our choices through A/B testing and research while keeping business goals and user needs in mind. To facilitate rapid development, we created product demo videos that clarified user flows for each feature. Effective communication with the development team and the stakeholders was a priority throughout the process.
