OneClick-Med Dashboard

Implementation vs Design:

Simplifying Something Complex

The process started first with simplifying the entire product which was multiple dashboards for doctors, nurses and hospital receptionists which we called Frontdesk. Myself, the product manager and CEO as well a nurse and pharmacist had multiple calls so we can all be on the same page to understand the full concept of the product.
With a pretty good understanding of the product, we then proceeded to create the various user flows for the different user categories. This helped a lot and gave more clarity as to our initial understandings. We had to do some iterations after reviews to achieve some things we realised from the user flows.

It was a pretty intense and long period coming up with the product but we eventually had a solid prototype which was even used to pitch to investors and give the developers a good idea of the product. Here are some screens below and more screens are shown in the prototype video.

Results

Although the results are not visible nor quantifiable yet, the prototype was really very helpful with giving a clearer idea of the product direction and plans. It was quite amazing and demanding to work on such a big and complex product but I pulled it off successfully.

I also enjoyed collaborating with the actual health specialists, I mean the nurse and the pharmacist.
